Key Responsibilities:
- Working with Management to build and implement human resources solutions in line with business strategy.
- Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, employee and industrial relations, including employment/education training, employee development, communications, compensation, benefits, record administration, affirmative action, employee or labor relations, organizational or resource planning, organizational change management or other services.
- Identifying areas of long-term strategic development within the human resources environment.
- Developing and implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and Management needs.
- Coaching managers in HR related matters
- Career Development planning (including reward and recognition)
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Human Resources major
- Management, leadership, team building, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.
- Expert knowledge of human resource organizational policies and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and highly service orientated.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation.
- A team player commitment, be self motivated, loyal, flexible & hands-on
- Good in English and Computer Skills
- Have experience more 5 years for management
