		On a visit to the factory, production can be followed from a Raw Material state, into a designated department such as: Heat Exchanger Gaskets, Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG), Camprofile (Kammprofile) Gasket, Soft Gaskets (non-asbestos), Gland Packing, Flange Insulation Kits, Ring Type Joint and finally into Finished Goods.

The Raw Material section of our plant holds a wide variety of alloys, soft materials and other raw goods. The fact that Masterpac is able to manufacture large stock of assorted sheet materials such as Titanium, Aluminium, Hastelloy, Inconel, 304 and 316L stainless steel as well as unusual metals solidifies Masterpac’s reputation of being able to manufacture high quality gaskets from a broad range of materials quickly.

		Our Heat Exchanger Gaskets department can manufacture a wide array of gasket types including Camprofiles, Corrugated and metal jacketed type gaskets. Our specialized staff and state-of-the-art machines are capable of producing these gaskets from both sheet and bar material. The bend and weld process has been successfully utilized to sizes of over 5 meters.

Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG) have long been a popular gasket within the industry due to the wide range of sizes, shapes and densities available. The machines and personnel in this department are capable of producing large volumes of high quality gaskets out of a broad range of raw materials.

		Our Soft Gaskets department possesses a large inventory of various sheet materials including inorganic (Non Asbestos), carbon fiber, graphite, Teflon and rubber products. This large department is fully equipped with a broad range of machines such as laser cutting, CNC gasket cutting and die cutting press stations. Standard and custom sized gaskets can be manufactured to meet customers' requirements with little or no delay.

Our Gland Packing ranges from Ramie Fibers, PTFE, Graphite, Carbon etc. In some cases a mixture of packing is used for certain arduous service. Masterpac has many years experience in this field and often designs a packing for a specific application. With large stocks and sizes from 3mm - 40mm square, industry as a whole is catered for.

		Masterpac Flange Insulation Kits come in two different forms, one is Phenolic – Neoprene covered another is a non-asbestos gasket sheet specially designed for this application and instead of using sleeves, they are replaced with “Top Hats”. Masterpac Ring Joint Department is capable of producing many types of Ring Joints from many materials. Masterpac stocks a wide range of sizes and materials ready for immediate shipment from R11 to R47. Stock materials include soft iron, low carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel, Iconel and Incoloy.
