Key Responsibilities:
- Make telesales call and sales visit to expand business within existing customers and new customers.
- Assist in customer complaint situations as required. Resolve concerns or requests that may be received from customers concerning responsiveness or service.
- Able to understand customer process equipments and respond to customer technical requirements.
- Monitor and update customer information on regular basis.
Qualification:
- Female
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in Industrial Business
- Must be computer proficient and familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and adaptable to change
Working Place: Bangkok / Rayong / Ratchaburi / Nakorn Ratchasrima / Nakorn Srithammarat / Songkla / Lampang
